As a Helper, you will provide essential support and assistance across various tasks and functions within the organization. Your primary objective will be to assist colleagues and supervisors in completing tasks efficiently and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Responsibilities: Assistance: Assist colleagues and supervisors with various tasks and duties as needed, including but not limited to carrying materials, fetching tools, and providing support during installations, repairs, or maintenance work. Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain work areas, tools, equipment, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disposing of waste materials properly. Material Handling: Assist in the handling, loading, unloading, and transportation of materials, supplies, and products, using manual labor or equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts, following safety guidelines and procedures. Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management activities, including receiving shipments, counting stock, labeling items, and organizing inventory storage areas, to ensure accuracy and availability of materials and supplies. Assembly and Disassembly: Assist in the assembly, disassembly, and packaging of products or components, following instructions and specifications provided by supervisors or team leaders. Support Services: Provide support services to colleagues and customers, including delivering messages, running errands, and performing other tasks as assigned, to facilitate smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, procedures, and regulations at all times to prevent accidents, injuries, or hazards, and report any safety concerns or incidents to supervisors promptly. Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and customers, including listening to instructions, asking questions for clarification, and providing updates on task progress as required. Training and Development: Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance skills, knowledge, and capabilities, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
