We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Kozhikode. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic, engage audiences, and generate leads or sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of digital marketing techniques, platforms, and tools, as well as excellent analytical skills and creativity. Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increase brand awareness, and drive online engagement and conversions. Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for digital marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertising campaigns, to attract and engage target audiences. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content, structure, and performance to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and enhance online visibility and discoverability. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Plan and execute paid search campaigns, including Google Ads and Bing Ads, to drive targeted traffic, increase website conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI). Social Media Marketing: Manage and optimize social media accounts and profiles, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, to build brand presence, engage followers, and drive user engagement and conversions. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaigns, to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive conversions. Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising networks, to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and campaign performance data using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure ROI, identify trends, and optimize digital marketing efforts. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify opportunities to improve website usability, user experience (UX), and conversion rates through A/B testing, multivariate testing, and website optimization techniques. Market Research: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target markets, understand customer needs and preferences, and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques, strategies, and best practices. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing software. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Certification in digital marketing or related fields (e.g., Google Ads certification) is a plus. Knowledge of the local market in Kozhikode and surrounding areas is an advantage.
