As a Security Officer in Thrissur, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of the premises, assets, and individuals within your assigned area. Customer Service and Assistance: Providing assistance and guidance to employees, visitors, and customers regarding security procedures, directions, or emergency protocols. Addressing inquiries, concerns, or complaints related to security in a professional and courteous manner. Security Equipment Maintenance: Inspecting and maintaining security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems, to ensure proper functioning. Reporting any malfunctioning equipment or maintenance issues to the appropriate authorities for prompt resolution.
