Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, and various curries. Execute recipes accurately and efficiently, maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dishes and menus. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a South Indian Cook or similar role. Deep knowledge of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Certification from a culinary school or relevant training is a plus.
