We are currently seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our team and oversee operations in the Thrissur region. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise all stores within the designated area, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet company standards. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability. Train and mentor store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge. Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and make recommendations for stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations. Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and local authorities. Prepare reports on sales, performance, and other relevant metrics for management review. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar role in the retail industry. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. Knowledge of retail operations and best practices. Familiarity with Thrissur and its surrounding areas is preferred. Fluency in English and Malayalam; knowledge of other local languages is a plus. Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed.
