Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and motivated Architectural Designer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong understanding of architectural principles, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual representations. As an Architectural Designer, you will work closely with project teams to develop innovative design solutions, produce detailed drawings and renderings, and contribute to all phases of the design process from concept development to construction documentation. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and strategies that align with client goals and project requirements. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and renderings using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and stay current with emerging trends and technologies in architecture and design. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews to communicate ideas effectively and solicit feedback. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to integrate engineering systems, materials, and finishes into design solutions. Assist in the preparation of construction documents, specifications, and permit applications in compliance with building codes and regulations. Support project managers in project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure successful project delivery.
