Monitor branch revenue and expenses, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets. Prepare and analyze financial reports for senior management. 7. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). Several years of experience in banking or financial services, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Sound knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office and banking software systems.
