Adjust wheel angles according to manufacturer specifications to ensure proper alignment. Use alignment equipment such as alignment racks, gauges, and computerized alignment machines. Identify and rectify alignment-related issues such as uneven tire wear and steering pull. Test-drive vehicles to verify alignment and handling performance. Provide recommendations to customers regarding additional services or repairs needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience as a wheel alignment technician or similar role preferred. Proficiency in using alignment equipment and tools.
