This involves mounting units, connecting refrigerant lines, installing ductwork, and testing system functionality. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on air conditioning systems to keep them running efficiently and prolong their lifespan. This includes cleaning or replacing air filters, lubricating moving parts, inspecting electrical connections, and checking refrigerant levels and pressure. Repair: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with air conditioning systems, such as inadequate cooling, strange noises, or system malfunctions. Identify faulty components, repair or replace defective parts, and test system performance to ensure proper functionality. Refrigerant Handling: Handle refrigerants safely and responsibly in accordance with EPA regulations, including proper storage, transportation, and disposal. Use refrigerant recovery equipment to capture and recycle refrigerants during system maintenance or repair activities. System Testing: Conduct performance tests and system checks to verify air conditioning system functionality, efficiency, and temperature control.
