Job Description: We are seeking a creative and talented Fashion Designer to join our team in Vazuthakkad. As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating original designs for clothing, accessories, or footwear. You will work closely with our team to develop designs that meet our brand's aesthetic and target market preferences. Responsibilities: Researching current fashion trends, materials, and techniques. Developing design concepts based on market trends, target audience preferences, and brand identity. Creating sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes of designs. Collaborating with the design team, patternmakers, and production staff to ensure designs are feasible for manufacturing. Selecting appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each design. Overseeing the production process to ensure the quality and integrity of the designs are maintained. Conducting fittings and making necessary adjustments to prototypes. Staying updated on emerging trends, technologies, and techniques in the fashion industry. Participating in design presentations and meetings with clients, stakeholders, and management. Adhering to project timelines and deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field. Proven experience as a Fashion Designer or similar role. Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar programs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of garment construction techniques and fabric properties. Strong understanding of fashion trends, styles, and aesthetics. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects.
