Job Description: Guest Services: Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions. Ensure guests' needs are met and problems are resolved in a timely manner. Reservation Management: Manage hotel reservations, including online bookings, phone inquiries, and walk-ins. Ensure accuracy of reservation information and update the system accordingly. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth handling of guest arrivals and departures. Front Desk Operations: Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments. Assist with billing and invoicing procedures. Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary. Keep track of room availability and assist with room assignments. Administrative Duties: Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback. Assist in maintaining guest records and updating guest profiles. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure rooms are clean and well-maintained. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Customer Relations: Build positive relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals. Address any issues or concerns raised by guests with empathy and professionalism. Seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience and exceed expectations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred. Previous experience in a front office role, preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
