Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of civil engineering principles, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. The Civil Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Manage and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct regular inspections to monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to project plans. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction, including technical problems, scheduling conflicts, or personnel matters. Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including progress reports, work schedules, and resource allocation. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and changes. Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to the site as needed and that inventory is properly managed. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and any potential risks or delays. Train and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
