As a physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services to patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or illnesses. Your primary objective will be to help patients regain mobility, strength, and functionality through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities. You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed to optimize outcomes. Additionally, you will collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and promote overall well-being for your patients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, medical history, and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices. Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, electrotherapy, and hydrotherapy, to improve patients' mobility, strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management techniques, and home exercise programs. Monitor patients' progress regularly and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge. Adhere to ethical and professional standards outlined by regulatory bodies and professional associations. Demonstrate empathy, patience, and effective communication skills in interactions with patients, families, and colleagues. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution. Valid state/provincial licensure or registration as a physiotherapist.
