HR Executive in Mukkam, Kerala, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within an organization. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. You will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment and support the achievement of organizational goals. Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance and support as needed. Facilitate communication between management and employees to address issues and resolve conflicts effectively. Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback to employees. Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for underperforming employees. Recognize and reward outstanding performance and contributions to the organization. Training and Development: Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop training programs to address them. Coordinate employee training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge. Track employee training progress and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations. Process HR-related paperwork, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary notices. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR practices and procedures. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to promote a positive work culture and morale. Foster open communication and collaboration among employees through regular meetings, feedback sessions, and team-building activities. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor laws. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team. Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources management.
