Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review, providing insights and recommendations. Product and Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Provide product training, sales enablement resources, and market insights to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales initiatives with business objectives. Communicate market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to relevant stakeholders for strategic decision-making. Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to deliver results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
