We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its customers in Kollam. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and personalized assistance. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Provide accurate information about our products or services to customers and assist them in making informed decisions. Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Stay updated on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing customers. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction levels. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills and knowledge. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or customer relations role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Fluency in both English and Malayalam is required.
