We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Logistics Faculty in Kochi. As a Logistics Faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in logistics management to students pursuing various programs related to logistics and supply chain management. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lectures, presentations, and practical sessions on topics related to logistics management, supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and related subjects. Design and implement curriculum, course materials, and assessments to ensure alignment with industry standards and learning objectives. Provide guidance and support to students through mentorship, advising, and academic assistance to help them succeed in their studies and future careers. Stay abreast of current trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management through continuous professional development activities. Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to enhance the quality of the logistics program, develop new courses, and foster industry connections for student internships and placements. Participate in academic meetings, committees, and other institutional activities to contribute to the overall development and success of the logistics department and the institution. Requirements: A Master's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field from a reputable institution. A Ph.D. is preferred. Proven experience in teaching logistics or related subjects at the post-secondary level, with a strong record of effective instruction and student engagement. Deep knowledge and expertise in logistics management principles, practices, and technologies, with industry experience considered an asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software used in logistics and supply chain management.
