Conduct thorough pre-alignment inspections to identify potential issues that may impact alignment procedures. Educate customers on the importance of wheel alignments and recommend appropriate services based on their vehicle's condition. Maintain and calibrate alignment equipment regularly to ensure accurate results. Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to address customer concerns and provide comprehensive automotive solutions. Keep abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in wheel alignment techniques. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Requirements: Proven experience as a Wheel Alignment Technician or similar role. Strong knowledge of wheel alignment principles and procedures. Proficiency in using computerized alignment equipment. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with various vehicle makes and models. Good communication skills and ability to explain technical information to customers. Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver's license. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
