As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with support and assistance throughout their interactions with our company. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and follow-up. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving for resolution and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer experiences. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, preferences, and market trends. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of the [industry/products/services] is a plus.
