We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our restaurant team in Kozhikode. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring that they have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. Your role will involve greeting and seating guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and providing personalized assistance to enhance their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests as they enter the restaurant and escort them to their seats. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and creating a positive impression. Assist guests with menu selections, taking into account their preferences and dietary restrictions. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offers. Take and process orders accurately, ensuring that special requests or modifications are communicated to the kitchen staff. Monitor the dining area to ensure that guests are comfortable and have everything they need. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations. Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests' tables. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests. Assist in coordinating special events or promotions, such as birthday celebrations or holiday gatherings. Keep track of reservations and seating availability, optimizing table turnover and maximizing restaurant capacity. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong multitasking and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to guests. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail selections, is a plus. Fluency in English and Malayalam (spoken and written) is required.
