As an Office Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations within our office environment. Your responsibilities will include various administrative tasks and providing support to other team members as needed. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure efficient office operations, including but not limited to handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Documentation and Filing: Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documents, both physical and electronic. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of information for quick retrieval. Customer Service: Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner. Address inquiries and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate personnel. Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain data accurately into databases or spreadsheets. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality. Supporting Team Members: Collaborate with other staff members to assist in various tasks and projects as required. Provide support to colleagues in completing their tasks efficiently. Office Maintenance: Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises. Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution. Communication: Relay messages and communicate effectively within the office and with external parties. Maintain professionalism in verbal and written communication. Requirements: Educational Qualification: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in an office environment or administrative role is preferred but not required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
