Job description: • GCC experience in a similar role. • In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations. • Good knowledge in GDS (Amadeus /Galileo) and hotel booking system. • Minimum educational qualification any graduates (Regular College). • Excellent communication Skills in English and Arabic would be added advantage. • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by mail. • Describe product to the customers and responds to queries and close sales. • must be flexible to work timings as per GCC timing. • A good team player with desire to learn, perform and grow. • Good knowledge of computer and Microsoft office applications.
