Job Description
A Collection Executive manages overdue accounts and recovers outstanding debts or EMIs for financial institutions, banks, or corporate businesses while maintaining healthy cash flow. Minimum 12th pass or a Bachelor’s degree (Graduate) depending on the employer. 1 to 3 years of experience in collections, tele-calling, or unsecured lending/loans is preferred (though freshers are often hired for entry-level roles. Basic computer literacy, MS Office (Excel), and CRM database handling.
