Job Description
A Restaurant Captain (also known as a F&B Captain or station head) supervises dining room service, leads floor staff (waiters and stewards), and ensures a smooth and high-quality guest experience. Typically 1 to 3 years of prior experience as a Waiter, Steward, or Restaurant Captain in the hospitality/restaurant industry.
