Welcoming clients, walk-in customers, and delivery personnel at the Nagercoil office. Managing incoming phone calls, inquiries regarding LED/neon sign boards, and routing calls to the sales or production team. Taking down initial project or custom signage requirements from clients and coordinating with marketing or design executives.
