Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Flex Board Welder to join our signage production team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and welding flexible banner materials (flex) to create high-quality, weather-resistant signs and billboards. You will operate specialized plastic welding machinery, assist with metal/wood frame fabrication, and ensure that finished banners are perfectly tensioned and finished according to client specifications.
