A Welder Helper supports lead welders by preparing materials, managing equipment, and keeping the work area safe.Material Preparation: Clean, cut, grind, and measure metal pieces before welding.Equipment Support: Set up, maintain, and transport welding rigs, generators, and tools.Site Safety: Clear hazards, watch for sparks (fire watch), and follow safety rules.General Assistance: Hand tools to the welder, load or unload supplies, and clean up the site after finishing a job.
