Job Description
A Parotta Master is a specialized South Indian kitchen cook responsible for making flaky layered parottas, dosas, and related tiffin or dinner items. Knead, oil, rest, roll, beat, and fold dough to make soft, layered parottas (Plain, Veechu, Nool/Ceylon, Kothu, and Bun parotta).
