A mobile technician diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronic devices.Test devices to find hardware and software issues. Replace broken screens, faulty batteries, charging ports, and tiny internal wiring using precision tools. Fix operating system errors, update firmware, and reinstall software.
