Job Description
A Quality Controller (Garment Industry) inspects raw materials and clothing pieces at every production stage to ensure products meet buyer specifications and industry standards. Raw Material Inspection: Check incoming fabrics, yarns, buttons, and trims for defects, shade variations, and accurate counts before production.In-Line Monitoring: Watch sewing and cutting lines to catch and fix stitching errors, skip stitches, or measurement issues early. Size and Fit Verification: Measure finished or semi-finished clothing items against the approved size charts and technical specs. Final Audit: Inspect packed items using Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) standards before final shipment.
