Job Description
A waiter (or server) welcomes restaurant guests, takes accurate food and drink orders, and ensures a pleasant dining experience. Welcome guests warmly, hand out menus, and guide patrons to their tables. Listen to requests, answer menu or ingredient questions, note food allergies, and input orders accurately into a POS (Point of Sale) system or order pad.
