An Automobile Service Advisor Executive acts as the primary link between showroom/workshop customers and the service technicians, managing vehicle check-ins, cost estimates, and post-service delivery.Customer Reception & Intake: Greet arriving clients warmly, listen to vehicle complaints or symptoms, and conduct a walk-around inspection.
