A Parotta Maker prepares traditional layered flatbreads (parottas), manages dough preparation, and maintains kitchen hygiene in restaurants, hotels, and mess halls. Knead, oil, and rest maida (refined wheat flour) dough, then divide and portion it into equal balls. Skillfully stretch, spin, or slap the dough thin on an oiled surface and fold it to create the signature flaky, layered texture.
