Job Description
A Tata Ace driver operates a small commercial vehicle to transport goods safely, manage local deliveries, and perform basic vehicle upkeep. Drive the Tata Ace (or similar small commercial trucks like the Tata Dost) safely along designated routes. Assist with loading, arranging, and offloading goods, packages, or materials at pickup and drop-off points. Plan efficient daily delivery paths and check traffic or weather conditions to avoid delays. Perform daily pre-trip safety checks (tyres, fuel, oil, brakes) and keep the vehicle clean and serviced. Maintain trip or vehicle logbooks, collect cash/digital payments or delivery acknowledgments, and issue receipts when required
