Generate and handle leads as per company requirements. Follow up with existing and new leads through phone, WhatsApp and other channels. Maintain regular communication with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities. Create and publish social media posts, reels and marketing videos. Assist in preparing marketing content, product presentations and promotional materials. Coordinate with the sales and management team for lead status and follow-ups. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and customer interactions. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers. Support online and offline marketing activities of the company. Requirements Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn. Ability to create simple posts and videos using tools such as Canva is preferred. Good follow-up and convincing skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
