At the VMR Mall Hypermarket in Sankarankovil, a Floor Supervisor plays a critical role in managing daily retail operations, overseeing staff, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Monthly Salary: ?14,000 to ?18,000 per month (Take-home pay varies depending on EPF and ESI deductions). Monitor product availability on the shelves and coordinate with the warehouse to restock fast-moving hypermarket goods. 1–3 years of experience in retail, supermarkets, or apparel stores is highly preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are sometimes considered for junior tracks).
