Job Description
A CNC Machine Operator sets up, runs, and monitors computer-controlled machinery to cut, drill, or shape metal and plastic parts. They load raw materials, check finished products against blueprints, and keep the work area safe and clean.Education: ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Machinist, Turner, or Fitter, or a Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering.Skills: Knowledge of blueprint reading, basic CNC programming, and quality control procedures.Experience: Freshers or workers with 1 to 5 years of shop floor experience in automotive manufacturing.
