A Sewing Machine Technician (Mechanic) at an export house in Karur maintains, repairs, and adjusts industrial sewing machines to ensure smooth production lines for home textiles or garments. Duties include fixing mechanical faults, setting needle timing, and performing routine preventive maintenance on single-needle, overlock, and flatlock machines. Diagnose and fix mechanical or electrical breakdowns quickly on the stitching floor. Strong understanding of various machine types (lockstitch, overlock, multi-needle).
