We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our IT firm in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in quantity estimation, cost management, and project documentation. Responsibilities include preparing quantity take-offs, estimating project costs, analyzing drawings and specifications, preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities), monitoring project expenses, preparing rate analysis, handling client and contractor coordination, and ensuring accurate cost calculations. The candidate should have good knowledge of construction materials, measurement standards, estimation techniques, and relevant software tools. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently are essential for this role. The candidate should also have good communication skills and the ability to work closely with engineers and project teams. Both male and female candidates are preferred for this position.
