We are hiring Billing Staff for a reputed Manufacturing Company with openings across Kerala. Male and female candidates are welcome to apply. The Billing Staff will be responsible for preparing invoices, generating bills, maintaining sales records, handling customer billing queries, and ensuring accurate billing transactions. The candidate will manage billing entries, verify product details, coordinate with accounts and sales departments, maintain daily transaction reports, and support documentation activities. The role also includes handling cash or digital payment records, maintaining billing software entries, and ensuring timely completion of billing processes. Candidates should have basic computer knowledge, proficiency in MS Office, and familiarity with billing software or Tally. A graduate or diploma holder with good communication and numerical skills is preferred. Freshers with a willingness to learn and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
