Key responsibilities include handling documentation, preparing reports, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting HR and management with administrative tasks. The candidate will oversee vendor coordination, maintain company files, monitor office maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are essential. Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic office management practices. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
