The ideal candidate should be hardworking, responsible, and capable of handling packing activities efficiently. Responsibilities include packing customer purchases properly, checking products before packing, arranging packed items, assisting customers during product collection, maintaining cleanliness and order in the packing area, and supporting the sales team when required. The candidate should ensure safe handling of products, follow store procedures, and complete assigned tasks on time. Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team are required. Previous experience in packing, retail, or warehouse operations will be an added advantage, but freshers who are willing to learn are also encouraged to apply.
