Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support business operations by analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying growth opportunities, and improving operational efficiency. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, HR, Technical, and Management teams to monitor performance, optimize processes, and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor sales performance, revenue, and team productivity.
Identify business trends and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Prepare business performance dashboards and presentations for management.
Track KPIs and monitor departmental performance.
Coordinate with Sales, HR, Technical, and Operations teams for data collection and reporting.
Maintain accurate business records and documentation.
Assist in business planning, forecasting, and revenue analysis.
Conduct competitor and market research related to research and academic services.
Support management with strategic planning and business expansion initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality while preparing reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Charts).
Good understanding of business metrics and KPI tracking.
Ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in MIS reporting and business analytics.
Understanding of CRM systems and data management.
Knowledge of sales analysis and revenue tracking.
Ability to prepare management reports and business presentations.
