As a Sizing/Production Manager, you will oversee the critical stage of textile production where yarn is treated with sizing chemicals to prepare it for the weaving process. Your goal is to maximize machine and manpower utilization to achieve production targets without compromising on quality or causing downtime in the weaving units.
