Job Description
We are hiring Cleaning Staff for our Ladies Hostel located in Ernakulam, MG Road area. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in all hostel premises including rooms, bathrooms, common areas, kitchen spaces, and corridors. Duties include daily sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, and ensuring proper sanitation standards are maintained at all times. The role also involves changing bed linens when required, assisting in basic arrangement of rooms for new occupants, and reporting maintenance issues to the management. Candidates should be physically fit, disciplined, and willing to work in a clean and organized environment. Prior experience in housekeeping or hostel cleaning will be an added advantage. Good behavior, honesty, and responsibility are highly important for this role as the work environment is a ladies’ hostel. Preference will be given to female candidates.
