Job Description
An AC Technician installs, maintains, and repairs air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems. They are responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults, conducting routine preventative maintenance, and ensuring all HVAC equipment operates safely and efficiently in residential or commercial settings. Typically 1 to 3+ years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing HVAC systems.High school diploma, plus completion of a vocational/trade school or an accredited HVAC/refrigeration training program.
