We are hiring a South Indian Cook for a reputed Restaurant in Cherpulassery. Male candidates are preferred. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing a wide variety of authentic South Indian dishes, including breakfast items, meals, curries, chutneys, and snacks. Key responsibilities include ensuring consistent taste and quality, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, following food safety standards, managing ingredient preparation, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing food wastage. The candidate should be able to work efficiently during busy hours, coordinate with the kitchen team, and prepare orders on time while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience in commercial restaurant kitchens is preferred. The ideal applicant should be dedicated, disciplined, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
