Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Helper to join our Solar Energy Company in Pattom, Trivandrum. Male candidates are preferred. The selected candidate will assist electricians and technicians with the installation, maintenance, and servicing of residential and commercial solar power systems. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, carrying tools and equipment, assisting with wiring and mounting structures, maintaining a clean and organized worksite, and supporting the team during on-site installations. Candidates should be physically fit, willing to work outdoors, and capable of lifting equipment when required. No prior experience in the solar industry is necessary, although experience as a construction or electrical helper is an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be punctual, eager to learn, follow safety guidelines, and work effectively as part of a team.
