We are hiring Inside Sales Staff for our Footwear Shop located in Nedumangad, Kerala. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Additional duties include arranging and maintaining product displays, managing stock availability on shelves, and informing the store manager about low inventory items. The staff will also handle billing support, packaging of products, and maintaining cleanliness in the sales area. Basic experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. The candidate should be polite, patient, and capable of handling multiple customers during peak hours. Punctuality, teamwork, and a customer-friendly attitude are essential for this role. Immediate joining is preferred, and salary will be based on experience and performance.
