We are hiring a Male Waiter for a reputed restaurant located in Idukki. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for all guests. Key duties include greeting customers, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, and serving orders promptly and efficiently. The waiter will also be responsible for setting up tables, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring proper hygiene standards are followed. Handling customer queries politely and assisting guests with menu recommendations is also part of the role. The candidate must coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and handle billing assistance when required. Good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred, but freshers with good behavior and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
